The Purpose of Reflectors is to serve as a catalyst to build up a network of multicultural leaders and individuals, who are both emotionally and spiritually healthy, in order that they may flourish in their personal lives while passionately leading thriving organizations.
Our Mission
God made me a driven leader and counselor totally focused on encouraging and developing, organizational, business, non- profit and faith leaders for effective life-giving work at Reflectors Consulting & Advising Services. And when I assist in restoring hope to leaders in their own brokenness by encouraging them to allow God to leverage their weakness for greatness, I feel an alignment with my purpose in this world.

Carlos is from Southern California, where he was raised until heading to UC Berkeley, where he earned a BA in Philosophy. Carlos’ love for philosophy comes from a deep-seaded hunger to better understand the human condition through the power of critical thinking.
Carlos is passionate about finding the link between critical problem solving and personal relationships driven by empathy. It was precisely this call and desire to serve and help people in need which led Carlos to move to the east coast in the summer of 2013 where he earned his Masters in Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary and became an ordained minister with the Reformed Church in America (RCA).
Carlos has spent 14 years working as a leader, entrepreneur and consultant in several churches, organizations, academic institutions in the Bay Area, Central Valley and the Los Angeles area, as well as in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
His interests include relationship building, traveling, music, and philosophy/theology. Through these experiences, Carlos has developed and cultivated a distinctly pastoral, compassion-filled counseling/advising method rooted in the power of relational connection.
Moreover, through his own personal vision and mission, Carlos was inspired to launch Reflectors Consulting & Advising Services in 2020. Carlos lives with his family in California where Reflectors is centrally based.
