Reflecting In
In the role and voice of a Pastor-Shepherd, the advisor will provide compassion filled pastoral care. Clergy Penitent privileges are exercised and client sharing will be held in confidence by the advisor. The primary purpose of this service is to listen, empathize and care for the client’s emotional and spiritual well being. Prayer, Biblical reflection as well as other spiritual tools shall be offered to the client.
Consulting
Reflecting Out
In the role and voice of a Consultant, the advisor will proactively assist organizational leaders in developing strategic solutions to leadership challenges. These may include but are not limited to personal leadership, staff team dynamics, conflict management and logistical matters. Advisor shall coach the client through visionary leadership goals and their implementation.
Spiritual Direction
Reflecting Above & Beyond
In this journey, the advisor, in the role and voice of a Spiritual Director shall deliberately listen to and provide faith based feedback and insight. The purpose of this service will be to assist the client with discernment support and spiritual direction through listening, clarifying ideas and providing insightful feedback.
